The 6 gallon JBJ Nano Cube is a compact, sleek aquarium that fits nicely on just about any desk or other stable flat surface. On the outside, the JBJ Nano Cube 6 looks just like every other Nano Cube. It has the sleek, curved-glass edges, compact look, and other features that make the Nano Cube series so great. On the inside, you'll find high-tech equipment that has been optimized for the size and water volume of the 6 gallon Nano Cube.
Integrated into the Nano Cube 6's hood is an 18 watt 50/50 compact fluorescent light fixture with fan cooling and electronic ballast. This provides a total of 3 watts per gallon, which is enough light for corals such as mushrooms, zoanthid polyps, star polyps, and others that can thrive under lower-light conditions. You can create a majestic and vibrant coral zen-garden that will thrive with a selection of colorful corals such as ricordea and zoanthids. The 6 gallon Nano Cube is popular for creating species-specific nano reefs with such corals.
